Private and public sectors collaborate in this field. Among the main projects, the most outstanding are those related to particle-material monitoring stations with community representatives, olfactometry by panelists, support to regulations on volatile organic compounds, airborne pollutant emission, elaboration of pollutant inventory and proposals for regulations on dioxins, furans and PCBs.
