CCTE-UDT

Unidad de Desarrollo Tecnológico (UDT) is an applied research center, dependent on the Research Head Office of Universidad de Concepción, with the objective of developing innovative products and processes.

In 2007, UDT received an important recognition by CONICYT (Chilean National Science Foundation) being selected as one of eight Centers of Excellence in Scientific and Technological Research (CCTE) which will receive public base funding. CCTE-UDT was presented with five members of the faculties of Engineering and Pharmacy of Universidad de Concepción, who are now  the principal investigators of CCTE-UDT.
